TeamMate Referral Program

TeamMate Referral Program

In effort to continue obtaining quality referrals for potential TeamMates, the Human Resources Department and Accounting have teamed up to streamline the process, guaranteeing that all referrals are tracked efficiently, and ensuring all TeamMates who have submitted a quality referral have been rewarded accordingly.

TeamMates who submit quality referrals are eligible for:

  • Full Time -$150 estimated before taxes at 90 days, Referral Vacation Day at 1 Year
  • Part Time -$70 estimated before taxes at 90 days, Referral Vacation Day at 1 year
  • Seasonal -$70 estimated before taxes at 90 days

Going forward, any Referral Vacation will have a one year expiration date.  Please coordinate the use of this day with your direct supervisor and Danielle Kemick in Accounting.

So now that you know what’s in it for you, here’s the process! In effort to reach our goal of zero waste, all referrals going forward will be submitted electronically through the Good Idea Club. Check out the TeamMate Referral Program link on the navigation pane to the left, or click this link!

Human Resources will then be responsible for tracking the referral, coordinating interviews and relaying information to the TeamMate who made the referral.

Please keep in mind that all referrals must:

  • be submitted before the applicant is interviewed
  • applicant must mention name of individual who made the referral during the interview process
  • referrals are only valid for 90 days
  • duplicate referrals will not be honored, credit will be based on the date of the referral
