Creative Coin Contest - Late Entry

Many of you probably remember the physical silver and gold coins we previously used to account for rewards from the Good Idea Club! With the change to the new system, digital coins displaced the need for the physical versions, and we had a lot of coins left over for TeamMates to claim! At the time, we held a contest for the most creative use of their coins, with no limit on the application.
Fast forward to present day, and check out this recently unearthed use that likely predates the contest even!
It may be difficult to understand what you're looking at, but this is the underside of a motor mount on a fork-lift. The motor usually mounts flush to the surface, but sometimes a shim is used to align things properly and reduce wear. It just so happened that a Good Idea Club coin was the perfect fit for the situation, and it has carried out its job dutifully.
