Coin Trade-In Program
Minor changes to the Good Idea Club are made from time to time in order to make the Club even better. As always, our motive is Continuous Improvement in everything we do, and a significant change that comes with the new system is digital coins! Suggestions are now awarded with a special digital version of our coins, functioning completely the same as the physical Gold and Silver coins that were awarded in the past! You can spend them in the Good Idea Club Store on an assortment of shirts, hats, bags, and gift cards. Every new TeamMate receives 5 coins just for logging in the first time, and the system provides a convient, secure place to store them!
As such, we will be running a special Coin Trade-In Program to collect all of those old coins and get them transferred into your account!
How do I trade in my coins?
The easiest way is to bring them directly to Zack Dickerson, located upstairs in the Harmar Office. You can also put them in an envelope and drop them in a Good Idea Club collection box (the green boxes located by our fingerprint time clocks and in break rooms). Your manager can also help you get them traded in.
What is the deadline for trading in coins?
While we still have a few coins rewards to send out, we do have a deadline for trading in the coins, and the final day to turn in coins is November 30th, 2016. After this, all unreturned coins will be rendered null and void. Don't hold onto souvenirs - we'll have lots to give away once the Trade-In Program concludes!
Can I use them normally up until the deadline?
Yes, you can continue to use them as we previously did up until the deadline - Good Idea Club Coin Vacation, Whirley-DrinkWorks! paraphernalia purchases, and outside vendor uses are all acceptable. However, we do have some items unique to the new system: Taco Bell gift cards, and limited edition "Community" shirts are only available with digitial coins, so trade them in now!
