Annual January to March Weight Loss Challenge
Challenge Start: 1/19/17 (Required Initial Weigh-In)
Final Weigh-In: 3/30/17 (Required Final Weigh-In)
Entry: To enter the contest simply e-mail or call Jen Williams (extension 1221) or Julie Van Every (extension 1121) or just show up at the first weigh-in on 1/19/17. (If you are unavailable on that date and want to participate, please call one of the team members and we will make arrangements for another time.)
Challenge Details:
This challenge will be a 10 week individual challenge. This challenge will take us into the spring wellness screening, so now is the time to make a difference!
Weigh-ins: Weigh-ins will be held bi-weekly on payday Thursdays (01/19, 02/02, 02/16, 03/02, 03/16 and final weigh-in on 03/30). Coming to the weigh-ins helps you face the scale and provides support. We ask that you come to each weigh-in. Everyone has a “bad” week(s) and this is when you need encouragement the most. There is no “judgement” at the scale. Please see us each weigh-in regardless of loss, gain or stay the same! You must participate in the weigh-ins to be eligible for prizes.
Locations:
- Harmar 1st / 3rd Shift - 6:30 - 7:15 am - First Aid Room with Donna Blair (extension 2408)
- Harmar 2nd Shift - 2:30 - 3:00 pm - Plateroom with Pat Stanton (extention 2437) or Donna Blair's Office
- Bakery / Molding - 8:00 - 8:30 am - First Aid Room with Jen Williams (extension 1221) & Julie Van Every (extension 1121)
Molding Department can also contact Kelly Johnson at extension 1181. - If you miss the regular weigh in time / date please call any member of the team to arrange another time.
Prizes:
- Lose 10 pounds or more and win 5 coins

In addition to the coin awards there will be 3 top prizes for highest percentage of weight loss. (Must have lost at least 10 pounds).
1st - $150 (Note: Prize money will be taxable and taxes will be deducted from this amount.)
2nd – $75 (Note: Prize money will be taxable and taxes will be deducted from this amount.)
3rd - $40 (Note: Prize money will be taxable and taxes will be deducted from this amount.)
